Q1.How to purchase ETA’s Motor Products?

The motors supplied by our company are customization for enterprise.
We only accept orders for production and cannot provide retail sales,
ETA Technologies Ltd. also does not have any retail stores.

Q2.How to customize the motor and drive/control unit?

After we received your request, we will immediately arrange for
a salesperson to guide you the customize procedure and assign
an experienced engineer as project leader,
continuously keep you updated.

Q3.What is the minimum order quantity for customized products?
Lead Time?

The minimum order quantity for customized small DC motor is 3,000 pcs,
lead time is 45 days, after order confirmed.
But, the delivery may still be adjusted depends on the actual situation.

Q4.How to Deal with Defective Products?

Every single customized product is according to it’s confirmed
specifications for production. ETA Techs, does it's best at all times
to ensure that customer receive only flawless products.
However, once you received our defective products,
please contact us first, we will check carefully that a defect
does actually exist and solve the problem in the short time.
